  1. Me and Ron says:

We did Infinity in May, 2011 to Alaska. It was a poor experience from embarkation and through-out the entire cruising experience. Alaska is amazing and we will do it again but not on a Celebrity ship. We must have been on the training run. Even though the staff was very nice, they were terribly disorganized. No help upon arriving in the airport. I had to asked a Carnival Rep for assistance as to where our luggage might be. Then 3 hours standing in line to get our ship card. I had an allergic reaction to the cabin because it wasn’t property vacuumed around the perimeter. And we were given stained linens everyday in our stateroom. We became so discussed we just dealt with it and anticipated getting off of the FIVE STAR nightmare at the conclusion of the trip. The food was good and we made it a good time, but we sure missed Princess and RCCL. How do these people get a 5-star rating? Our friends had done Millenium four years prior and said that was worse.
